I'm not expecting BB to agree with me. I'm not a HOF coach for a reason haha. Ryan has been bad this season, but has Butler really been much better? Has he really played head and shoulders above Ryan?

The difference isn't just Jonas Gray...it's lead blocking from 2 back (or a U in Gronk). Those plays weren't being run earlier for anyone
Gray reminds me a lot of Green-Ellis in how he reads and sets up his blocking. He's really exceptional at the nuance of the position that can make marginal athletes fantastic backs.
