Edelman has been impressive today.

Edelman having his 2nd best game as a Pro.. The 1st, of course, was during his rookie season in the play-offs against Baltimore when Welker was out.

He's come a long way and still has a ways to go..

Don't know if it's just the game, but Edelman being more effective than Branch has been all season.

Edelman can move. That's an immediate upgrade that can't be stopped thanks to Father Time.

He's effective in part because Welker is out there and taking attention.

This is interesting.....The pats have flip-flopped Lloyd to the right and Edelperson and Welker to the left......Taking the deep safety out of the game.

Well that first score of the half might just be the edge we need. The real threat would have been the Colts continuing to gash the Pats defense with runs. Colts really went away from it to early in the 1st half which allowed for more long down and distance with the Pats finally at least being willing to blitz in this game on long down and distance. However if the Colts had not gone away from running which they were doing very well, none of the rest of the half may have gone as well for the Pats. The Colts basically stopped running entirely after that pick 6.
