Game Day Thread The Official Patriots vs Bear Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

On to Denver!

Browner has made this secondary even better. It's going to be interesting next week. I'm feeling more confident now.
The refs have let more go this game inspite of the illegal contact on the INT. Wont be the case next week. This head ref seems new.

Something to think about at halftime.

We held the Bears to just 7 points w/o yet unleashing Bequette!

Cutler has more turnovers than Geno.

In the Bears million year history. No one has ever scored more points on them than the NE Patriots.in the first half.

Anyone see that boneheaded play by Sammy Watkins?? Hahahahha

He is new (first year) and really I'm enjoying his team not throwing flags on every single play

The Jones injury could turn out to be a positive if he can comeback because we really needed to develop the younger DEs.
We'll see. Hip injuries are tricky. He was emerging in the pass game this season. It's disappointing. Has any elite team had to deal with as many injuries to key players as NE the past four or so season?

Look at some of these stats:

Brady - 18 for 21 for 203 yards, 4 TDs, 0 INTs
Gronk - 8 catches on 8 targets for 103 yards and 2 TDs
LaFell - 7 catches on 7 targets for 88 yards and a TD
Gray - 12 rushes for 70 yards (5.8 YPC)

Those are solid numbers for an entire game. Otherworldly numbers for a half.

This is a rare blow out game, I wonder if Bill decides to rest a few key players in the second half.

He, Bolden, and Slater make a great trio of guys making our ST is really good unit.
Gotta disagree about Bolden.. Sorry.. Bolden sucks on special teams.. He's been flagged 3 times for hits in the back so far and each time it's really hurt the team..

Yeah, just like it did in the SB with Eli in the grasp.
Man, don't even get me started with that fixed ****. Nobody thinks it's crazy how that ref is celebrated and is being paraded around the NFL circuit like some hero? Nobody thinks that looks just a little crazy?

Tom is 18/21 with 4 TDs. Two of his incompletions were drops. White hot.
