If there's a role/development player in the draft in the teens he can trade later round picks to move up a few slots.

Grab 2 round 1 guys and 2 round 2 guys and send the 2nd round guys to the D-league.

I wasn't worried about Ainge except that he is the instrument for a trade.
I was concerned about Wyc ... he who has the itchy finger and would demand Ainge make a deal.
Ainge needed to be strong and explain to Wyc patience ... patience ... patience.

Doc is a good coach ... but highly over rated ... trade is not helping him ... Brad Stevens is better.

Still not enough, though. The corpse of Dwyane Wade isn't going to take the Heat anywhere. I like Winslow's future but he's still a couple of years away.
