Officially, 4 players received the franchise tag designation: Jimmy Graham, Greg Hardy, Brian Orakpo and Nick Foles. In addition, Alex Mack and Jason Worilds received the transition tag designation.

Greg Hardy has already signed his franchise tag tender, and is off the market. And, per Jason La Canfora on Twitter, Jason Worilds has signed his transition tag tender from Pittsburgh and is off the market, and there has been significant progress between Worilds and Pittsburgh on a long term deal.
