I think that’s right.

If I am right, I think that beast was Julius Peppers.

That was my question behind the question. Since I joined the board, I think “sign the beast” has been used moss frequently in relation to our newest wide receiver. Unofficial statistic, of course.

After week 3
Cut Patterson (Barner can return kicks), re-sign Matthews (can't be re-signed until after week 3)
After week 4
Colston back to the PS, activate Edelman

Edelman
Gordon
Matthews
Hogan
Dorsett

I'd rather have Britt than Matthews.

Worth a watch. About 11 months old or so. Mostly information we knew, but it’s worth observing Gordon and how he speaks and thinks. I came away really impressed with how sharp he seems to be. I’m thinking he probably can learn the playbook this year, to be honest. He really does seem rather intelligent.

This guy has a a laundry list of issuss and there is almost no chance he works out here. Regardless it's low risk so it's worth the Longshot.

I’m more than happy just having him used as a decoy to draw coverage and open some stuff up. It was like having 30 defenders, yesterday.

If he’s able to contribute on top of that, it’s a bonus in my eyes.

I’m gonna have to start a Google spreadsheet to track all of these predictions, just to see which is the most suitable for my first PatsFans signature.

Me too. I'm surprised no one has said anything along the lines of: "there's a good chance it won't work out but it's low risk, high reward only giving up a 5th".

What’s also surprising is nobody has said “Tom Brady is gonna have to give up his number”. Get it? They both wear 12.
