Team Bill delusion is too funny.

Dude couldn’t get an NFL job despite having six rings. He burned bridges everywhere, put up multiple stinker seasons once Brady left, knelt before the hated JETS for a job (pathetic), took a mediocre college one.

It’s been a real fall from grace and I wouldn’t even be that surprised if he struggled in college football at this stage with a ceiling of making it to toilet bowls).

This whole thing is just sad. The greatest coach of all time basically ends up campaigning for himself to get a job at a second-tier football school in a second-tier conference. I am happy that he gets to coach again since he must truly love it to humble himself like this, but I was holding out hope the Eagles can Sirianni after they flame out in the first round of the playoffs. A situation like that would be perfect for Bill. A readymade "win now" team where Roseman could worry about assembling the team, and Bill could just coach. There is a solid chance Bill could break Shula's record in one season with the Eagles.

I think it’s fine. Belichick is going to get top prospects at UNC, and can out coach anyone in a win or go home situation. My money is on him winning a National Championship at UNC. I’ll be buying a hat to play golf in.

UNC however is going to suffer a dearth of beautiful young coeds, as parents are no longer going to allow their talent to go to Cradle Robber College. Gonna be transfers galore.

When you're talking big money and we are, the best Lawyers are inexpensive. I would never enter a deal with these folks without serious professionals watching my back. All these sports people know who the good and bad lawyers are the same as everyone knows who the bad Engineers are.

Lombardi did an interview talking about how a NFL team needs a supreme commander. Lombardi is going to be BB's GM at UNC. Lombardi speaks for Bill. If Bill is asking for complete control at an NFL franchise after the last 5 years at the Pats, I don't think there will be a lot of interest from NFL owners. UNC is completely different. I heard Matty P is going to UNC too.
