The mistakes are correctable, he's a rookie playing in his first extended action, in the 3rd pre-season game, the mistakes didn't rattle him, he kept his poise and still made plays, looked comfortable in the pocket, made is reads and progressions, and showed a lot of good things for his first time out. Too many will focus on the INT's, he made rookie mistakes, but he showed composure, a live arm, mobility, accuracy, and then his post game comments were outstanding, getting grilled about report cards and the INT's thrown in his face, he answered perfectly.
Remember when felger used to scream the jets way of doing things was as good or better than the pats?
Rex Ryan's decision to play Mark Sanchez in fourth could cost him job - NY Daily News
Rex Ryan took ineptitude and incompetence to new heights with a boneheaded decision Saturday night that ultimately could seal his fate as the head coach of the Jets.
Ryan, apparently consumed with winning a trophy of a Peanuts character, vaulted into the annals of dumb moves by putting Mark Sanchez into the fourth quarter of the Jets’ meaningless preseason 24-21 overtime win over the Giants at MetLife Stadium. Sanchez promptly suffered a shoulder injury that clouds the Jets’ quarterback situation.
Ryan, whose transparent attempts to placate new general manager John Idzik for the past eight months have turned him into a sad shell of his former iconoclastic self, turned testy in his postgame press conference. When his predictable talking points were challenged, Ryan grew agitated.
He knows that he screwed up.
like a little child..."I sorry...me no do it again.."....what a joke
In combination w/the above post, this pretty much gives us the answer... the "media circus" will never move to Boston. Why would it? New York is the media circus. That's what New York does for a living, that and siphoning all the wealth in America into a few banks and financial services firms. That's it. That's New York's purpose.
How you gonna move that to Boston? Boston publishes books and boring academic papers. Too much lead-time.

Mike Garafolo of FOX Sports reports that the Bills will sign Leinart to help them shore up the quarterback spot with both E.J. Manuel and Kevin Kolb battling injuries.
The Jets announced their incumbent quarterback was not going to play in Thursday’s preseason finale, and was considered “day-to-day.”
That’s better than “week-to-week” or “indefinitely,” and it at least gives them more time to polish up Geno Smith.
Or look at guys such as John Beck, now that Matt Leinart’s off to Buffalo.
Is this how they fight in New York? Bunch of pansies:

A couple of observations...
1. People talk too much before fights. Swing and land the first punch and you're winning the fight nine times out of ten. All this crap about getting in the guy's face and pointing your finger at him is nothing but bravado... and is a time-tested way to get laid out.
Most people don't want to fight so they're waiting for the other person to throw the first punch. Especially because they think 'he swung first' is a guaranteed way to be able to beat up someone without ramifications.
I think it's more the case that they just want to feel like a badass by talking crap but really have no desire or intention to fight. They are basically hoping that the other person will also be content to flap their gums and hopefully others will step in the way and break things up before it can escalate.
its starting to looking like the jets are planning on tanking it in the hopes of getting the number 1 overall pick.
