This has an opening post with good commentary and information, which we definitely recommend reading.

The Pats are still great against the run and the Jets need to run the ball to be effective on offense. The Jets won the game yesterday on the ground, not the air. Sanchez had 82 yards of passing.

And he will have 282 and three TDs against the Patriots pass defense...
unless the Pats dial up the pressure and get a ton of sacks...wait, that might mean blitzing, and that's a lost art form...rewatched some games from 96 - Al Groh had the guys blitzing alot....

31 teams who watch the video of Seattle *****slapping the Patriots defense in the 4th quarter will think they're going to beat the Patriots.

Hell, Alabama would watch that video and think "We're going to beat the Patriots!".

Fortunately, the Jets suck.

This is true. I'm still fairly confident they can beat the Rats. If they can keep the pass protection in check.

They suck. Look at how disorganized their practices are:

I can't wait to see the jets D try and stop the pats no huddle at home

If the Rats were a fast food chain, this week I'd ask them for an order of Sancheese...and super$uck it...can't wait to see the hordes of Moron Mogas descend on the Razor

Ok, Rah!Rah! posted a gem today on JI in response to my post that Lloyd is an above average WR:

He's a JAG, most of the skill players on the damn team are JAGS, only the two TE's can be considered stud players, Brady makes that team you clown.

Lloyd is probably going to miss the game this week too, as well as Bolden, Pats are coming in banged up, and Welker doesn't scare teams anymore, his numbers the last couple of weeks has been more of a product that he was out of the line-up and now back in, so teams didn't game plan for him.

There is no doubt the Jets will.

I love it. Teams didn't game plan for Welker. Too funny.

Well when you have a **** down corner like Revis, you can easily take away the best receiver. Oh wait, I almost forgot that revis is done for the season. Do they have anyone who can cover Welker, a 85% Gronk and 85-??% Hernandez.

We didn't have Lloyd beating them before and we can go a week without him against this team.

On a side note, I hope they dial of the blitz package this week.

He got banned :singing:

There goes a big part of the JI asylum with him & SG3 gone.

They hand out a lot of temporary bannings over there, so he could end up returning. That's bad for them, but good for our comedy reading.

Just reading the thread title makes me laugh, its so typical jests. One win against a crap team and their dominate again.

Yup..i decided to give them my weekly visit and surprise surprise everybody is full of hot air once again.

Now it's time for us to take care of ******* business. This losing to teams we should beat is pissing me off.

When it comes to JI, you cut off the head of one clown and another just rises up to take his place. Ray Ray has fallen. Sar I is now picking up the mantle of foolishness:

Today was the perfect example of why Mark Sanchez is the right quarterback for the Rex Ryan Jets.

He was not brought here to be Peyton Manning. He was brought here to run a conservative, mistake-free passing game that compliments a ball-control rushing attack and a power defense. With strong field position and LB's that need to worry about the running backs, Mark is very effective.

Mark Sanchez is not our problem, hasn't ever been, frankly. When our D is pedestrian and our rushing attack anemic, it puts too much pressure on the passing game and we're not built for that.

SAR I

11 of 18 for 82 yards... :bricks:

They beat a Colts team that had just had a very emotional game after finding out about their coach's cancer, and that was missing Mathis and Brown.

Deus, you're off on this one, Sanchez WAS the perfect QB for the Rex Jets that game. Sanchez threw the ball only 18 times for 82 and popped 2 TDs and didn't turn the ball over, while Greene scored 3 TDs on 160 yards. That is Rex's wet dream of how to win a football game.

Unfortunately this formula is completely unsustainable against teams not named the Colts, and Mark Sanchez is the wrong QB for the Rex Jets against just about every other team in the NFL.

"I think the best thing is just approach it like a normal game," Lloyd said. "As a player, I think the build-up is more so for the fans and the history, but these are current teams, current rosters. We’re not playing against Joe Namath or anything like that.

LOL. I like him.
