The most ridiculous injury in NFL history happened in the Jaguars' locker room in 2003, when Jaguars punter Chris Hanson picked up an ax, swung it at a tree stump, and ended up hitting himself in the leg, leaving blood all over the locker room and ending his season.www.nbcsports.com
Hernandez was accused of jerking it in team meetings.JETE's Winslow getting caught jerking it in a car in a Target parking lot has to be one of the better ones...Kellen says "Hold my..."...
Not cutting edge, but Miami HC Wanny Wannstedt nailed a lobster trap to the Dolphins locker room ceiling as a caution for the upcoming trap game.Remember when the moment he became available, Belichick cut Sammy Baugher to sign him?
I wish I could have interviewed him...Hernandez was accused of jerking it in team meetings.

The Mistake By The LakeBrowns worst moment was the franchise moving to Baltimore.
Although, you could select from an arms length list of viable cursed franchised choices. The Drive, the Fumble, firing Belichick, etc.
Hard to argue against ours. Some of these though? no way.
Dee Ford is absolutely not the Chiefs worst moment since 2000 it was Brady handing Mahomes his ass in SB55 in Tampa. For the Raiders it wasnt the tuck rule it was the Bucs intercepting Gannon 900 times in a SB rout and the franchise has never been the same since. The Jets lowest point was Rodgers injury? Cmon there’s a reason why we still talk about the Butt Fumble lol. Dolphins worst moment is Bullygate? I guess whoever made this list forgot about 62-7.
Bears - Ditka not giving Walter Peyton the TD run in the Super Bowl instead letting lard ass Fridge Perry roll in.
Honestly I can say I don’t remember that but it may have something to do with other things he did overshadowing it.
This, that Browns team had something. The Mistake By The Lake
"I love you, Brian."This, that Browns team had something.
It's like, Tastes Great/Less Filling, or You Got Peanut Butter In My Chocolate! etc.hernandez is a tragedy... but i am looking at this as team related... AH i consider off field
losing the perfect season sucked, but the other guys get paid, the refs get paid off... cest la vie...
the worst thing this team has had to navigate is the schism between brady/belickick...
it blew apart a once united fandom into pieces, and its echos are still felt to this day
Well said APF... It's why I look at it as a tragedy... The effects of the break up are still felt to this dayIt's like, Tastes Great/Less Filling, or You Got Peanut Butter In My Chocolate! etc.
The three primary individuals responsible for our dynasty, Bob, Bill & Tom, are human and thus not perfect.
To me, all three have so many wonderful personal qualities which more than make up for some relatively small imperfections in judgement or awareness, which themselves can be put in context and perspective given the insane amount of attention brought upon all three due to our success.
Bottom line is:
We had so...much...fun over such a long time due to these three guys. We should love them all unconditionally.
I know it's counterintuitive, but the very same factors and behavior on the part of ownership and management which drove Tom away are the very same which brought him here and gave him a chance in the first place. We're so lucky to have that sixth title, because the writing was already on the wall at that time.
