We lose next years 2nd, but I presume that his salary is based on the draft position and this year's prices and that it counts against this year's cap, yes?

My money says the Dolphins will do it. They seem to be extremely desperate this offseason. They are signing every player they can bring in no matter what their character issues or injury status is.
