I know... it's simple, but some potatoes roasted in a "Massa de Pimtentao" with paprika and Vinho Verde. Cast iron pan is heated up and ready for the meat... fry up the butter and put 'em in. Marinade is an ad-hoc concoction of garlic, salt, cumin, black pepper plus all-spice. Add in more Vinho Verde and Porto... fill up the hours with beer (pints of Guinness, Miller High Life, Neshaminy Creek "JAWN", Maine Brewing "Woods & Waters", and there ya go! Let's Go! Jeezus, if there was a New England gal nearby...?
