Those are two of their most talented players, but I can't help but wonder if not practicing helps when preparing for a game against the Patriots.

This has him listed with a fibula injury. Could very well be a high ankle sprain.

Yeah it's not even that bad. He played for 2 quarters after the injury. Missed 1 play and then got pulled in garbage time. Of course they'd be cautious with him this and next week because this is the last game of the year.

But for any player, especially in football, the nerves around the affected joint become sensitive, so the pain is felt as a throbbing sensation and will increase when pressure is placed on the area. The joint also becomes stiff and harder to move with. So you can understand why they may want to hold him out anyway this week.
