McDermott looks like a very solid coach - notices all the small things (like the 4th down attempt at drawing offsides just now). Guys like Reid haven't learned that stuff in years of coaching.

There's a disappointing push to have competent coaching in the AFC East. Bowles, McDermott, Gase are all depressingly some degree of competent and mature. It's a bummer.
