I'm sure this topic has been asked before (couldn't find anything helpful searching the forums), but anyways, I'm looking to ditch cable/satellite, but I don't want to miss any Patriots games (national games would be great to of course). I've seen some streaming options mentioned, but I'm not sure if they get blackout or anything for local games...

Also kind of a side topic, but there aren't any real options for NESN outside cable, correct?

I have youtube TV and I did not miss a game, and I have NESN. Saved $110 per month cutting cable.

You can only get NESN through YTV in the NESN market.

i.e. I can't get it down here in Raleigh.
You could lie and use a zip code up here. Of course, that would foul you up with local news and weather.

True, but I'd rather have local news and weather.

I stream MLB, NHL off reddit (with minimal issues, I know other posters have mentioned that they see buffering issues with NFL games).

Luckily, Pats games are usually on the local channels down here (I also stream from reddit if they aren't)

If you're cutting the cord and over the air is not an option, you are extremely limited with only two internet options available for watching NFL football games:
Option 1: paid
Option 2: unpaid

Good luck

Gamepass was $180 plus a VPN but you could probably find free ones. I despise having any interruptions or streaming issues or having to search for working streams. Plus none of the free streams I found would let you pause games.

Youtube TV seemed pretty good I don't think you had to have a VPN but I only used it for one month for World Cup. Plus if you want to pay to see the preseason it's going to cost just about as much as Gamepass+a VPN and gamepass has redzone which I love so that's probably what I'm going to do yet again this year.

I think some people have good luck with a Fire stick + Kodi, but I don't like to ****around with watching the Pats so I'm sticking with what I know works.

Google 'reddit nfl streams' and the message board there will provide plenty of options for every NFL game each week.

Note: prior to doing so, make sure you have an ad-blocker enabled as well as active virus protection.
