The talent is there. Period. They have 6 developing WRs, 3 TEs, 4 RBs. That includes a 1000 yard TE, a 1000 yard WR, and a 1200 yard RB.

They will re-sign some, or all, when the time comes. Only McCourty will cost lots of new money, but not usually expensive in Year 1. Revis is expensive, but if he re-signs there won't be lots MORE money.

I have questioned only the situation at RB. No one is signed for 2015 but White. We could likely keep Bolden, since he is an RFA. So, IMHO, we are not in good shape at RB going forward.

Also, Revis will be lots more than the $7M on the 2014 cap. Obviously McCourty will also be much more than his $5M 2014 cap.
