all good questions
So when Stork inevitably returns, what are we going to do with Andrews? He's played great and I don't think just letting him go is a viable option.

Do you put him and Kline in a rotation at guard? Does he become the backup center? Trade bait?

Regardless of how it's answered, this is definitely a good problem to have.

Good, Good can never have enough good interior linemen.. in this war of attrition.

Most likely you dump an extra DL or safety and be happy with the depth. He isn't going anywhere, but it is certainly possible he starts showing up on the inactive list.

Could bring back Stork slowly and rotate him in at G and C some. He does have some history at G.

If its me I think an OL with Stork and Andrews both playing is better than one without both playing.

Maybe they go Stork-Andrews-Kline with Mason and Jackson subbing in like they have.

Just no way in hell you get rid of Andrews.

Andrews has had minimal exposure at G. In preseason vs the Giants he wasn't very good.

Stork has played it but not sure what his level of expertise or ability is. He's big enough thats for sure.

Kinda don't want to disrupt the learning and maturation of Shaq, Jackson and even Kline for that matter.

High class problem...

Exactly, and then you have Fleming that apparently was a victim of a numbers game rejoining the team and playing decent in the same week he was promoted from the PS, Cannon, Vollmer playing solid LT.

I think by December the line will be doing fine and anyway we don't see Brady with 5 seconds in the pocket anymore, making those little jumps looking through all his progressions because the offense is in a different pace and players are positioned to get the ball in 2 or 3 seconds, it's really an impressive job by Josh McDaniels.

You keep Andrews because Stork is a time bomb.

Even asking the bolded part of your question implies you have paid absolutely no attention to the tackle position the last three weeks.

Great news, especially for Stork. I was leaning towards him being IR'd because those concussions worry me. Hope he's back soon that's a huge boost.

The offense needs Lafell back. Not that they've been struggling but a threat outside the numbers lends a completely new dimension to the passing offense and eases the amount of attention on Edelman and Gronk. Good to hear about both of them.

I don't think Stork can be activated for two more weeks. He has to miss the first eight games. It is good that he is practicing though.

fantastic news, but when will they actually start to play is the question ? As usual BB was non committal
in his press conference.

My guess is that LaFell will be activated this week. Stork will be activated week 9.

The line will be tested again this week. It's arguable that this is the best defensive line they'll face all season.

At least it's a home game and crowd noise won't be a factor. That'll prep the team for the second time around when it's at Jets.

Right now the center is the only O-lineman that doesn't get rotated off the field at some point, unless injuries get in the way.

Some would argue that you not rotate centers, as the center-QB exchange would suffer. I disagree. You still need a top dog and a backup, but a 75%/25% split would keep legs fresher late in the year.

So I say gradually rotate Stork in, then at some point he plays the bulk of the series, but still not all.

No way in hell is Andrews trade bait with storks concussions. Both could be anchor of OL for next 10 years. Can't put a price on that.
