Lotsa NEP in the SB talk on the set before the early games.
I am a fan, so I hope they are right... but I wonder how much of that is "today" vs "yesterday". Are Boomer and friends looking at the 09 team or are they remembering the early part of the decade ? Sure, TFB seems to be clicking, but I wonder if this D can hold up for 4 playoff games. I also wonder about losing all three on the road.
If they run the table or go 12-4, I think they position themselves for success. And as we've seen, being hot in January beats the crap out of being hot in September.
It should get interesting down the stretch. I don't really see any "team" I fear. And I wonder if the Pats even play Indy... because I bet someone (maybe even SD) knocks them out before the AFCG.
