Apparently, someone on ESPN just said that Spikes is on the trading block. Brandon and his multitude of followers are having so much fun with it. Telling him to look for jobs on craigslist etc. He's laughing about all of ESPN's absurdity with his followers and it's pretty funny.

The guy is funny and engaging on Twitter. He didn't go out partying after the Super Bowl, he needed to be talked off the proverbial ledge. And whenever he is on the field you can feel the D playing better. I am failing to see the problem here...he is rapidly becoming my favorite Patriot.

Agreed. Good player; looking forward to seeing him up his game with experience and a little competitive push from Hightower, and maybe even avoid injuries.

BTW, one of his more compelling tweets came last night:

He may tweet excessively and be a bit immature but I don't think you have any evidence to support your assertion that he does not spend enough time with his nose in the playbook.

BB plays him quite a bit and the kid makes plays. It's not like hes Jermaine Cunningham....
