I'll throw Floyd Reese out there. Worked will Bill in Detroit when they were both starting out. Reese had some very good drafts with Tenn. I think his only big mistake was Pacman.

He's been out there since 2006 and openly campaigns for jobs on ESPN but no one seems to bite. There's something going on behind the scenes with this guy that we don't know about but he is a good talent evaluator. His biggest claim to fame as a GM is drafting 3 Rookies of the Year with only 11 1st Rd picks.
