Good for them. I'm a post-season only baseball watcher but it's the favourite sport in my family, running right along with Hockey. I had to listen all through Thanksgiving about how the Rays were going to crush the Sox.

I hope they can take this momentum to Florida with them and win the whole thing. It was fun to read through the forum and live blog after already knowing the outcome.

Don't feel bad, many of us felt the same way; after Upton doubled to drive in two runs to make it 7-0, I changed the channel. I was steaming, couldn't believe we were about to lose to the doofin rays and they fraud fans. I switched back just as Dustin singled to make it 7-1 and watched Pappy smoke that meatball into the seats to make it 7-4.

When Drew smoked that home run to make it 7-6 (and I dont' ever want to see this guy ragged on again, he is C-L-U-T-C-H, from game 7 vs the indians last year, to game two vs the Angels this year to this performance), I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

That was THE most incredible thing I have ever seen in sports.

EVER.

Now finish off these doofin rays..............

When I saw those people leaving when it was 7-0, my first thought was "do you not remember '04", as well as the comebacks in series against the Indians and Angles. Immediately the next vision I had was the scene from Fever Pitch where th streets outside Fenway are going wild with 'the greatest comeback in Red Sox history', and Sox diehard fan Jimmy Fallon can't believe he missed it.

The two best shots on TBS last night where; that bleached blonde and her doofus boyfriend falling all over themselves after the Upton blast in the first inning made it 2-0; fast forward to Drews home run in the bottom of the eight to make it 7-6 and the camera zoomed in on the two of them. They both looked like someone just ran over their dog.

The second shot was the Doofin Ray fan with the "2008 AL East Champions" hat on with his face burried in his arm trying to watch Drews last at bat right before he hit that rocket to right to win the game.

Tomorrow night can't come fast enough.

I've really enjoyed the broadcasts on TBN. That crew has been superb. If the Sox end up losing to the Rays, the silver lining will be that we won't have to listen to the Faux News crew.

This series was over after we dumped game 2. We all knew it, but had to go through the rest of the series to prove is.

My dead grandmother has move life in her then this lineup.

Time to start rebuilding.

Beckett will be back.The guy will be 29 and he still throws hard but he had a terrible year.I hope he has a better year.I think this team should bring up some of their younh hitters in the minors.Start building young.

5-0 already. As I was saying, we are done. Ortiz is finished, crisp and ellsbury both suck at hitting, although they are speedy. Beckett, our alleged ace, has sucked all year. Lowrie ain't all that. Lowell is a geriatric. VTek sucks, period. We got a bit of rebuilding to do on this team.

Rays have already clinched a World Series berth.

The phillies will make the rays earn it, something we havent doned in this series.I am sure even Francona is shellshocked at how his team has played these last 2 games.

The Rays are a very good team. They may be the fastest team in the history of the game to go along with a very good staff. This is the first year where they have shown their stuff and are only going to get better. Their only problem will be that they are a small market team. Oh yea, they will kick Philly's asss.
