As a Masshole I gotta say that was about as satisfying as a win for a Philly team can ever get

If they got #4 id have been legit concerned. Hopefully we can avoid the 4th until reid and kelce are gone then we may be safe.

Worst defeats in the last 30 Super Bowls:

1. 2013: 35 points, Seattle over Denver
2. 2000: 27 points, Baltimore over NY Giants
2. 2002: 27 points, Tampa Bay over Oakland
4. 2020: 22 points, Tampa Bay over Kansas City
5. 2024: 18 points, Philadelphia over Kansas City

Should’ve been top 3 if the eagles didn’t let them score lol

Hard to see how KC gets back on top. Mahomes regressed this year and is potentially starting a decline. Kelce may retire and was a shell of his former self this season, not much tread left on those tires. Their OL isn’t good, and one of their few good linemen Smith is about to leave in free agency. They have only $10M in cap space in 2025. Andy Reid likely only has a year or two left in him.

Not going there yet. But definitely enjoying tonight.

Eventually theyre gonna run into some bad luck too. Jones or patty might miss a playoff game at some point or a season. A fluky night like we had in mile high 2005 or helmet catch/multiple fumbles bounce to the other team. And who knows…. some big 50/50 calls go the other way finally (if there’s truly no collusion its bound to happen).

Look how good we were between the 04 and 14 sb’s but were snakebitten af and had zero rings somehow over 10 years. Bounces start to go the other way eventually.

Tom Brady played in 10 Super Bowls. He won 7, lost 3. All three of those losses were single possession games that he could’ve won.

I think Mahomes is a legend in his own right but despite three titles and an incredible run he got wrecked twice in Super Bowl losses. That never happened to Brady and never would have.

I don’t truly blame Mahomes for this loss. He made some massive mistakes but his receivers could not get open, his line couldn’t block, his backs couldn’t run, his defense couldn’t hold. He was screwed.
