His teams were known as the over the hill gang, but he also never had a losing season.

Trading for a 23 year old proven player who the coach really wants is Not going to turn us into the over the hill gang, but it could have us winning in February again.

They can turn whatever they want into a "tradition.".

Next year half a dozen teams will copy them and trade their first and seconds. But if the Pats use all their picks during the draft, the other teams will say, "Oh, so we should only do it every other year... brilliant!"
