The Patriots have already declared OUT for the Dolphins game the following:

Edelman, Chandler Jones, Justin Coleman, Jonathan Freeny, Hightower, and Vollmer.

You also have Chung, McCourty, Ninkovich, Amendola and Kline who are big parts of this team who are recovering from Injuries as well. Of the group, Ninkovich didn't practice on Friday, which is never a good sign for the availability on Sunday.

I think that the DL depth is going to be tested, with Hicks seeing a lot of time at DE opposite Sheard. Geneo Grissom will probably see a lot of snaps as well. It's very likely that Siliga and Kitchen will see a high number of snaps as well, to keep Branch and Brown fresh..

Someone in the NFL offices is reading this post and launching an investigation into what advantage the Patriots have by bringing a shorter bench to the game. "There must be something brewing in Belichick's devious mind." I see loss of draft picks and large fines coming.

And Jets fans are up in arms about this: "Every other team in the NFL has to use the benches provided them by the home team; why do the Patriots get special treatment?"
