Not seen him mentioned hereabouts (might have missed it) but OTG has him listed as a potential 4-5th rounder on his excellent blog that links to scouting reports (great resource Mr Grid).
He's listed as 6-3 and 258lb's which puts him in the ballpark for a potential 3-4 Patriot OLB and there's a fair amount to like. All these come from scouting reports from OTG links:
OK, that's a highlight reel of positive comments, but he seems to encompass most of what BB likes in a draft pick; intelligent, good intangibles, versatile, plays special teams and not a project. He might not amount to more than a capable back up (although Wes Bunting gives him a 6.5 grade as a potential starter). Might not be a bad bet in rounds 3-5.
Does anyone know anything about him?

e plays all over the Boise State defense. He will play with his hand on the ground, can stand up and rush from a two-point stance and will blitz from the inside as well. He exhibits an explosive first step off the ball both with his hand on the ground and standing up.
He also plays the run well for his size, is patient when taking on blocks, extends his arms well and has a violent set of hands. His combination of body control and hand strength allows him to keep himself clean into contact, fend off the block and work his way in pursuit.
Also, McClellin is often asked to drop off into coverage and is a solid athlete in man. He keeps his feet under him, exhibits some natural balance/fluidity in the hips and can re-direct and close on the football.
"Active, productive, competitive, assignment-sound defender with good movement skills and body control, though his best trait is his relentless playing temperament, as he lacks exceptional athletic traits (plays better than he tests).
Character player has operated from two- and three-point stances and versatility and special-teams ability adds to his value."
