I don’t think he’s going to “get” anything other than a hit to his reputation. IMHO she just doesn’t have a strong case here, though I reserve the right to change my mind if/when more evidence surfaces.

ESPN will fire him in short order. The fact that they haven't already when he's on audio recording threatening to "choke the ****" out of a woman is baffling considering this is Disney after all.
