Yeah, I realize he was neither a free agent nor desired by the Pats; just thought this waste(d) player was newsworthy. I still don't understand why Jacksonville would use a middle of the first round pick on a QB they planned to convert to WR, regardless of outcome.

I understand he made a mistake while on probation but having a few beers (or whatever drinks is was) while playing golf is hardly going to get me to call him the devil. That said, I don't think he was on our radar screen.
