I'm optimistic about a return to the super bowl, but it seems like we have injury issues every other year. This year we were fortunate enough to have health.
Playing the Saints would be the least stressful SB to me personally.
Even if we end up losing there is no hate between the teams, your fans, Drew Brees and Sean Payton would be deserving of another before they bow out. The only thing that would sting a bit is missing out on another "3 out of 4, dynasty" call but that's "first world" whining.
There was huge roster turnover this season as well. And a lot of it after TC. And some huge changes, benchings after week 8. If anything I would expect a smoother roster build this year despite probably somewhat bigger turnover initially.
There was Deflategate hanging over the whole off/pre season. Ninko suspended. Brady out 4 games..
There were many guys nervous about their FA year .. or not getting new deals/extensions they wanted (remember Gronk, Butler..). Id guess it would be much quieter this year . for many reasons.
Would be so great to get three in four years again. Only the 01-03-04 Pats and the early '90s Cowboys have done that. Then next goal will be to top the four-in-six-years run of the '70s Steeleroiders.

Yeah would be so fun for us. Gosh imagine 2 fan bases that actually respect eachothers fans and have a good time hanging out . Weird, Think the media would freak hearing from Saints fans how much we respect BB, Brady and the Fans of NE.
Not sure they would print it, being so baffled lol.
You dont hate them or think they cheat ?
Errr no theyre the best and oh Goddel can suck my jambalaya.
Probably never going to happen with our D, but I dream about the food most of all
We'd get so fat who cares who won. Good game with brothers, and I'm sure we'd both be drunk by the 4th anyway, lol.
How crazy is it that we now have 5 Superbowls, making us tied with the 49ers and Cowboys, and one in back of the Steelers for all-time most, BUT those other franchises have accomplished their number over the course of decades with different QBs at the helm, while all our five come from just the one timeless, apparently non-human quarterback?
Unless we get a good haul for Jimmy G, keep him and let him play the first 4 games while Brady takes a vacation to hang out with family and do some traveling - that formula worked pretty well this year - Roger that!
