NFL GAME DAY DISCUSSION Saturday Week 17 Games: Texans@Chargers, Ravens@Packers

The level of ineptitude in that 2nd qtr was off the charts. Interceptions, fumbles, weird penalties, missed field goals, balls hitting players in the hands and popping the air, horrifically bad coaching decisions on the Texans part, abysmal QB play on both sides. Both these QBs have their heads up their butts.

These are 2 QBs I'm very unimpressed with.

Very soon Nix and Maye will take over the AFC, Mahomes will remain Mahomes, same for Josh Allen, maybe Lawrence finally becomes above average and consistent.

Lamar, Herbert will join Tua in the disappointment tier.

I don’t think so. The division would be gone. Wild card seeding is not very motivating. I think the #5 seed would be too (to play Pittsburgh)

I dunno. The top wild card(#5 seed) gets to play Pittsburgh instead of Patriots,Texans or Jags. Seems like that #5 seed would still be open to them by beating Denver

When I tuned in, I said those exact same words. Why would I expect any different from them? Ugh.

I'm not entirely sold either but he does have a good supporting cast, great offensive HC, they are set for the next few years, he's getting up there in experience with 2 full seasons, good record, I can see "that" working well.

Bills get it if they win out (and maybe if 12-5). Texans would win a tiebreaker vs Chargers if they win today

If a wild card lower than the Bills at #5 wins, we get the Bills in round 2. But avoid the Texans - who would be that wild card winner

Possible, but i feel like the 1 seed is more likely to see buff rd 2. Not that i wouldn’t prefer being the one seed , but a potential silver lining here

As looks most likely now, Denver would play Buffalo in the divisional round IF the Jags beat the Texans in the wild card game. We would plays the Jags

Question is, will Mahomes remain the 2025 Mahomes, on the downward arc of his career? Or will he bounce back to become the vintage Mahomes again? I’m thinking the former is more likely. He’s not going to play forever like TB12.
