We seem to getting healthier and the offense looks to be streaking.. it's just one of those seasons where it's anybody day.Agreed, this year is going to be all about who is HEALTHY and STREAKING at the RIGHT TIME.
I can see any of about 6 -7 teams (including Pats) as hitting that mark.
They have a good team and a great defense.True but this Seahawks team can make it. These playoffs will determine Darnold’s narrative. Will he go one and done and become a playoff choker? Or will he get to the Super Bowl and get the Minnesota playoff monkey off his back?
I'm not a Darold hater, but very much question if he can lead his team to a SB.
I can bet you O'Connell likely wished he retained Darnold they did have a great regular season with him at the helm last year. I don't think McCarthy is anything special.. Darnold went to a good situation pieces around him.. he's still limited as a QB but makes winning plays. They have a good team and a great defense.
Agreed, they will go as far as Darmold can take them.
Could be a Lombardi, could be one and done.
Darnold truly has the opportunity to write his narrative this playoff.

I'm curious to find out...Can Maye lead his team to a SB?
Come on RF2.Are u sure triumph surely he can't be better than Hollins... ?
Kidding there DD.. Kidding having a little fun.. myself and Triumph..Come on RF2.
Hollins is a 3rd/4th WR who fills his role very well.
JSN is the number 1 in Seattle and arguably the best WR in the league based on the last 2 years.
Why are you comparing the two?
You might as well compare Nacua to Iosivas in your scenario.
We don't know, that is the real answer. Can Maye lead his team to a SB?
I think Shanahan is good. But he is bad when the games are critical. He just can't get out of his own way.I can bet you O'Connell likely wished he retained Darnold they did have a great regular season with him at the helm last year. I'm going to go ahead and say it first.. Shanahan is overrated.. the talent he's had for some time now and to put up a showing like that for a team with superbowl aspirations.. Mac Jones probably could have fared better than Purdy..
My bad.Kidding there DD.. Kidding having a little fun.. myself and Triumph..
Give Vrabel kittle, bosa, Warner, CMC, I can assure you he gets to at least thrle conference championship.I think Shanahan is good. Put he is bad when the games are critical. He just can't get out of his own way.
Lol it's ok my guy.. Hollins have grown on me and I really like the group of WR's we have currently.. I personally believe the need is at TE.. I mentioned before adding a guy like Pitts at te with JMD along with our current group of guys will make up super potent on offense.. go figure were are already a top 5 offense...My bad.
You have to give me some leeway, you do have a love for WRs
I was hoping you would post. A fully healthy 9ners team got the superbowl and got beat by Mahomes.. they haven't been back since.. at some point when does Shanny the offensive guru start to get questioned? Those 49ers uniforms were atrocious. They were Pats grey jersey uniforms.
Seahawks will be one and done in the playoffs. I'd be alarmed if I were a Seahawks fan. That should've been a 31-3 or 31-10 beatdown. They barely scored 13 points on that awful defense.
49ers were undermanned along the OL, WR and defense. There's not much Saleh can do when the Seahawks were conceding drives, yet the 49ers let them run on the dreaded 3rd and 17 draw play. Nobody could tackle. John Lynch probably considered suiting up and showing these guys how to tackle.
White was still invisible. I thought coaching was holding him back?
McCaffery is cooked and the 49ers are running him into the ground. The dropped pass to INT was inevitable. The dude is exhausted with over 440 total targets on the season. Every time he touches the football, he's doing the Julian Edelman in 2020 gasping for air after each play.
We agree!Lol it's ok my guy.. Hollins have grown on me and I really like the group of WR's we have currently.. I personally believe the need is at TE.. Yes sir! That is where I've turned my focus too.. TE.. the ony guy that makes sense to me is Pitts.. he's not reached his full potential and IMO isn't being used right. He'd be playing with a young MVP and a offensive savant in Josh.. he would be getting the hands on coaching from Vrabel to help him grow and push him.. I think we do have the same exact room next season.. IMO pop and Boutte we see team friendly extensions..We agree!
I'm not opposed to improving our WRs, but feel we could have the exact same WR room next year and be more than good enough.
I would love a young athletic TE, that is a true need imo as both our guys are getting up there in age and Hooper will be a FA.
Adding our future #1 TE this off-season feels like the right time to do that.
I didn't like Shanahan's play calling in some spots like the 4th and 1 or 4th and 2, but he didn't have much to work with. Too many guys are taking games off like Pearsall who's the only WR that can at least force some intermediate attention. He plays one game and then he's mysteriously isn't playing the next.Rain,

Of course he's a great coach but I mean that showing last night was atrocious just like the uniforms...
You don't want to guess? Sometimes guessing is the funnest part.We don't know, that is the real answer.
Based on his reg season this year, sure.
But, he's never been in a playoff game, proof will be in the pudding.
