This guy we had here in the past Wonder if we could pursue him in the offseason.. love his game.. he's rounded out into a dam good CB.. he would be an upgrade over Davis opposite gonzo.

I had to go for a bit... so this comment is a bit late... but that 3rd and 7 conversion was a HORRIBLY set up and executed play by the defense...

Rarely have i ever seen a defense so blatantly set up a corner blitz. Tip their hate so much.... and then the pressure and blitzer be SO LATE getting there... He was so slow off the line i looked like he had no clue the play was going for over half a second. Meanwhile the WR is running free behind him and Stafford has all the time in the world to find his guy.

Just ugly ugly ugly. It doesn't get much easier than that in this league.

He had G. Tate, Ebron in Detroit as well. Hard to remember those offenses as they were a footnote among other offensive juggernauts with Broncos, Patriots, etc.

And they didn't even rank all that high.... Brady or Peyton turn them into #1 PPG offenses.

The most incredible stat about Stafford is perhaps this... He has only had a #1 PPG or YPG offense once (this year)... Has only been top 5 2 other times (so 3 total) and top 10 in PPG 5 times total in his career.
