Did Box_O_Rocks also pass away or am I making that up?
Yes. I’m also wondering about @mayoclinic. He was active and then just fell off the face of the Earth one day. I can’t find him on the other Patriots boards either.

Mayoclinic was a gem on this board. I really hope it’s not what it seems..
Mayo got in a fight with someone and left before coming back briefly and leaving again. Obviously I don't know but I think he just decided the message board thing isn't for him.

Box, on the other hand, and I'm still guessing, seemed older to me so I wouldn't be surprised if the worst case applies to him

I thought his nickname was awesome. We owe Mo at least one ring.

First, no, we don't owe Mo anything. Belichick would have made the change to Brady, it was only a matter of time (and sooner rather than later, because he couldn't wait for the season to be essentially over...it's not like he had the job security at that time he has now) . The injury just accelerated things.

Second, are we suppose to be celebrating a hit that almost ended a man's life ? When are we going to get a 'Jack Tatum rocks' nickname next ?

Third, to make such remarks in a thread about the passing of another player is just tasteless. But I guess I should expect something like this from you Andy.

Keep on posting, AJ. Like Andy, you're a winner.

But their criticism of you did remind me of Steve's song

Be tasteless, rude, and offensive
Be dull, and boring, and omnipresent
Criticize things you don't know about
Be obsequious, purple, and clairvoyant

I do think it happened just in time to save the season.

Same in '85, if Bills hadn't knocked out Eason then no Super Bowl that year.

First by the time Bledsoe was benched it would have been too late.

Second, Jack Tatum paralyzed a player. Bledsoe had no long term effects.

Third, Bledsoe didn’t die.

From where have I read those lines before?

His last visit to the Planet where he was a regular is listed as 01-11-2012 ... He was tremendous when he was here ... part of the reason he left as i remember was due to NEM.

We lost several good members due to NEM.

MoLewisrocks was last here ... May 6, 2015
MoLewisrocks

Whither Molewisrocks?

RIP Andy Johnson. AJ would have fit right in on any Belichick Patriot team. Tough, a real pro.

"Third, Bledsoe didn’t die."

Traded to Buffalo, pretty damn close

Buffalo is just purgatory. If you've been traded to the Jets, that's when you know you've died and gone to Hell.
