Andy Reid met with coaches after game on sunday to discuss QB situation. Meet again Mon Morn. I'm told likely QB change to Foles.

First the DC, now the QB....

There's still plenty of room under Andy Reid's bus.

so...what are you saying?? Vick is in the doghouse???...

Who would've thought that the ridiculous contract to Vick would backfire.

i think it's time for the eagles and reid to part ways next season... they are paying Nnamdi Asomugha 12 million and he will be 32 next year and vick is makeing 14 million thats 14 million of the owners money sitting on the bench for a guy thats makeing maybe 1 million,

they need to cut all the over paid vets cause they just ant geting it done as a team and start rebuliding

Vick has actually played a lot better than his numbers show.

Its rather funny, b/c I thought he was tremendously overrated during his 2010 run, and he is completely underrated this year.

8 TD 8 INT and 9 fumbles? I think the falcons game might have been the first one where he didn't have a turnover.

In 2010 he was effective because he didn't turn the ball over.

I called in Eagles Radio and said Vick will get benched in favor of Foles before the start of the season and they laughed at me. Feck you eagle fans. lol.

Castillo fired, Vick Benched.. Reid becomes a Trivial Pursuit answer.

I respect todd bowles...but firing Castillo was ******ed. problem with the team is mostly offensive...which comes down mostly to reid and vick. if putting foles in means a more conservative style offense they may have a better shot. o-line still needs an upgrade.

Castillo played a conservative game and it worked well. The Eagles yesterday went all in and got burned. The Eagles offensive line is terrible and they play as individuals, not a team.

I also thought that the OL was terrible and hesitate to think it's all Vick's fault.

Some other poster mentioned about Vick's comp. I thought bulk of it was structured in a contingent manner that paid him incrementally more provided he played well; in fact, heard some commentator mention that Vick was more or less getting paid game-to-game with a clause that he can be cut anytime for poor performance) and the team wouldn't be on the hook for to pay him gazillions.

The wheels on the bus go 'round and 'round, 'round and 'round, 'round and 'round...

I never understood why the Eagles gave Vick that $100 million contract. The guy can never stay healthy and always have been wildly inconsistent.

As a longtime sports fan, I usually empathize with a talented athlete, especially a QB, whose best days are apparently in his past and for whom it is time to move on, but I'm afraid I really can't muster those feelings in the case of Vick.

The stuff which it is documented that he did and to which he confessed did not merit him a national "redemption" stage, not to mention a big contract. The NFL is better off without him and, if I had my way, which clearly I won't, would draw the line at allowing "rehabilitated" felons to play in the league.

That team is a disaster. Vick is part of the problem but he is not THE problem.

Bad front office decisions, bad coaching, bad drafting and zero leadership = Failure.

At least with the Iggles in the early-mid 2000s they had all of that. No anymore obviously.

The front office decisions were the worst, highlighted by backing up the Brinks truck for a once great CB that is now clearly past his prime.

Anyone else remember when the media seemed to think that BB would bring him in?

Andy Reid.

No doubt one of the best HC's of his generation; five trips to a Conference Championship and one to the SB make that hard to dispute on the facts. It is even more remarkable that he did all of that without a franchise QB. But, the tragic turmoil in his family sure looks like it may have taken a toll on his focus.

Reid is still relatively young (54), even though his excess weight makes him look older (at least to me). IMHO, he looks like a candidate for a "year off" to rehabilitate physically and mentally and then come back better than ever.
