I don't blame him one bit...I'm currently the preferred candidate for a new job (internal transfer), if I wasn't, I wouldn't go through the BS involved.

Yeah, what kind of joke of a team, where it is publically discussed how you have the worst situation in the NFL, lets a top candidate know he isn't their first choice?! What a clown show, & glad McD put an end to the madness for himself.

That cannot be the only reason. Its prob the worst of the jobs out there IMO.
