The issue is point blank laid out in your first sentence. "Team Bill". People loyal to Brady took Mazzarotis team Bill / team Brady bs and ran with it. It never should have happened. The division has become so acrimonious that it's wearisome to read anything because a select group always dogs Belichick no matter what topic. It's been an endless cycle of bashing.

Yeah, he got lucky he played in a day and age where the NFC dominated and the AFC was atrocious. He sure got his butt whupped a lot in the true Super Bowl though, which was the NFC playoffs.

Realistically Brady has won championships on more than just 2 teams.

Montana said that years ago that Brady's rings were on different teams because of the cap era and all the changing pieces with FA. We will never see anything close to it again.

I have no problem with people rooting for Brady, I still root for Brady, what I have a problem with is the supposed Patriot fans who have made it into “ Team Tom vsTeam Bill, and use every opportunity in this forum to sh.t all over Belichick and this team. And I never heard of “ Team Bill” until Brady left, before then almost everyone gave both credit for being the GOATS. So if people want to continue to support Brady there is a forum for that, and you can evenncrap all over Belichick in it because the vast majority of Patriot fans don’t go to that forum. But revisiting Brady vs Belichick in this forum every time Brady’s name is mentioned is bullish.t, and no different than the garbage a poster here couldn’t stop himself from posting about MacDaniels regardless of what the thread was about. For me it’s just a few people who went from Patriot fans posting in this forum with a variety of opinions, to a few people who are actually now just Brady fans, who use any mention of his name as an opportunity to troll this forum with their “ I hate Belichick, agenda.
