Good article. Talks about how Samuel and Moss cannot receive extensions (Moss could but he couldn't get an increase). And looks at other contracts.

I think Rosy could be one who gets restructured/extended to lessen the cap hit next year.

Good article that could have been great, IMO.

I think that it would have been much more informative and useful to include the number of players signed for the 2008 season and the amount of cap space taken up by those players. IIRC, Reiss says that Brady's and Colvin's 2008 cap numbers are high but Brady's 2005 cap number took up a greater percentage of the 2005 than will Brady's 2008 cap number will take of the 2008 cap.

Why lower a player's cap number just for the sake of lowering the cap number??
