I'm guessing here but the kid kept showing up late to rehabs and then or in addition to started rehabbing somewhere else and never told anyone.

He was suspended because he was being disrespectful to the training staff and not following the agreed-to conditions of the rehab assignment.

The agent is trying to play parent here by basically saying, "the child not knows what he does".

Was listening to WEEI, reported this.. Bailey allegedly had conflict with the teams notion he was ready to play..

Jack Jones will be gone if Belichick is told he agreed that the Pats were trying to lose putting him on IR. That's something the nfl would be more than gladly investigate to get Belichick for manipulating injury reports. Especially now that the team has officially suspended him. Could definitely see the the nfl and/or nflpa nosing heir way in on "Pats player said his injury was nothing, ends up on IR, implies that he disagrees with being IR, team suspends players so he can't collect"
