Red Throwback Jerseys making a return in 2022

I'd settle for this 17 regular season games a year plus playoffs:

...and wear the flying elvis/blue jerseys/enemy silver stripeless helmets zero times ever again.

I always thought the all-whites looked too much like pajamas...

I wasn't alive to see this team play In red, but I loved the throwbacks and look forward to the comeback!

Made this in madden

I like that shade of blue much, Much, MUCH better than the shades of blue on both the 90's (too shiny) and the 21st century (too dark) uniforms...
Indeed, dare I say that this might be the best shade of blue on a Pats uniform I have ever seen?

Anyone have a guess about what the reason is for wearing it? Thanksgiving game? London game?

Not a fan of the bright red, candidly; I like the navy blue much better.

The current home jerseys are poor but only because of the monochromatic look.

Keep the away uniforms exactly as they are.

Swap the home navy pants with white pants, and you’re 95% of the way towards a perfectly fine jersey as is.

Consider changing the helmet from silver to white, accompanying both home/away kits, keeping the Flying Elvis on the side.

I'm just shocked that nobody you knew had a Patriots sweatshirt or hat or drinking glass with a logo on it. I remember seeing it around all the time in the 70's growing up. You must have grown up in the sticks or something. Oh well, I loved the old logo and was at the game when we voted by cheering loudly to keep the logo. It's a shame they changed it.
Was it the loudest response wins? IIRC, even the drunks (ok - damn near all of the attendees were drunk on a typical Foxborough Stadium Sunday) went dead silent when that aberration of a logo was presented.

Best news all season! Way fecking overdue. Kraft should have insisted they play in throwback unis at least once a year instead of these new Buffalo Bill look alike unis we have now. Guess he was too busy lining up handys and bending over for the good of the 32...

What do you call a person who claims to be a fan of a team, but ravenously agrees with and trumpets inaccurate, stupidity/ignorance/sore loser denigration and derision of said team, including a false 'laughingstock' narrative in contradiction to the fact they never had a losing decade and were better and won more games than a score of other NFL teams who were much worse over the three decades and embraces and loves an aesthetically abhorrent and insulting makeover perpetrated by someone who never lived in or cared about New England, and then perpetuated by someone who has nothing but resentment and disdain for the original ownership and complies with, empowers and encourages the intensification and escalation of dismissal and denial of his own team's success with false cheating allegations leading to three (so far) fake scandals including stolen top draft picks, believing stupid excuses and arguments for accepting the replacement logo & uniform which has been rated the sixth worst in the history of ALL sports, collegiate and professional, and ridiculing the team's established, iconic, recognized, loved, classy, unique, attractive, awesome logo & uniform which has been rated the best in the league and was unanimously chosen by a packed stadium of the team's fans over the hideous, lifeless new logo's virtually identical ancestor?
Thats one sentence.

I never knew that Clint Eastwood was the second actor for Dirty Harry. Apparently, Frank Sinatra had the part originally.

What a weird world THAT would've been.

Sinatra didn't have the range for that role, it would've been a disaster.

Plus he was way too old for the physical nature of the role, 55 when shooting would have begun (although the original draft had Harry Callahan > 50 anyway, supposedly), to be taken seriously...

Yup, it was a crowd cheering type of vote. It was a long time ago, so I don't remember the specific details, but I clearly remember being surprised by how easy it was to determine the winner. I think it was called Schaeffer Stadium back then, maybe it was Sullivan Stadium at that point?? Anyway, glad they got rid of that stadium, but still bummed the got rid of the original logo/uniforms.
