I would keep Talib if he were on a short incentive laden contract with minimal SB.
Vollmer will be priced out as he can play LT and Welker isn't worth the 9M a year he wants.
I think the pats need to change things up on offense. The super short passing game isn't working.
Not picking on you, Kenny, but a lot of posters seem resigned to the fact that Vollmer is gonna get a OLT contract. Don't think he is going to be seen as a left tackle by anyone. When was he ever a full-time LT? FIlled in for Matt Light on occasion, IIR. Could he play there? Probably. Would a team devote $8-10m on a long term deal to a guy with recurring mobility issues to protect their best asset? It's doubtful, IMO. He'll be priced as a top notch RT, but with injury concerns. Perhaps $4-6m over two years, or three with a fake year built in. JMO.
