Rank the NFL Coaches

There's more of a gap between Bill and the next best head coach than there is between the best coach/player and the next best coach/ player in any other sport....He's worth probably 3 points a game.
I looked at that list and I was like.,..Wow, the NFL is filled with really bad coaches.

You mean the "Red Rifle"... aka the "Red Air Gun"...
Exactly. I am just wondering how patient is Green to play with that gentleman who is "Red" every time he hears the name "playoff game".

How Mike Zimmer is ranked below Doug Marrone on that list is beyond me. Marrone’s bad coaching was a big reason why the Jags lost the Champiosnhip game.

Maybe and BB might have cost us the Superbowl.

Marrone coached the Jags to the AFC Championship game with Blake B. as QB. I know they were an improved team, but we heard that for years.

Before that he coached the Bills one season and they had most wins (tied two other times) a Bills team had since the turn of the century. And then walked away because ownership didn't offer him a chance to run things his way. With no other job offers. How many NFL coaches operate like this?

Marrone is underrated. He's won with Kyle Orton and Blake Bortles. Marrone might not be the greatest in game coach ever, but there is more to the job than just that. In this horrible coaching league he might actually be one of the best to lead your team.

Even so, I don’t think it makes him better than Zimmer. The guy who just won 13 games with Case Keenum.

Mike McCarthy in top 10 is a joke. So is Mike Tomlin.

BINGO!

The fact that they put Todd Bowles at #31 with at least 10 other scrubs and rookies in front of him is silly. I hate the Jets just as much as most here who aren’t Joker or Tunescribe, but Bowles is deserving of something at least 6-8 spots above his ranking.

I completely agree. Once they cleaned out their locker room of all the cancers and malcontents, the Jets had arguably the least talent in the NFL last year. The fact that they won 5 games was a borderline miracle. I thought Todd Bowles did a great job of coaching them up last year. They played hard and never quit on their coach.

In this pathetic group, I think Todd Bowles is top 15.
