During the game Madden showed the paddles they used in practice. They would hold them up and Brady had to pass over them. Could also explain the overthrown passes. Sword cuts both ways.

Err - the ACTUAL outstreched arms of those 2 DT's may have had more to do with the overthrows. We KNOW they had something to do with the 3 batted balls.
