Question on configuring a poll

How do you configure a poll to allow more than one vote on multiple options? All I see is one vote per user, yet I've participated in polls that allow one user to select more than one option. Also, how do you designate whether poll participants are identified? Thanks.

After writing your post and hiting submit the SW automatically takes you to the configure and write your poll page
At the bottom there are check boxes with your options. Scroll DOWN to see them.
