is it possible that Chad Jackson or Eddie Jackson play this game or did they have to be activated?

They have to be activated to the roster first. Which would mean someone else would have to be waived. I think that has to be done at least 24 hours before the game. Just like Rodney when he came back from suspension had a roster exemption for a couple of weeks, these guys are expempt for 3 weeks or until they are activated.

No roster move so they are out...yes very much like the Harrison suspension...they can practice but not play a game until there is a move..
