Pats so far this year have scored 27 and 36 points. Texans have scored 7 and 13 points.

It's really not hard to see why that's the line. Vegas isn't forgetting that this Texans team lost 29-7 at home to the Jags who turned around and lost 37-16 at home to the Titans. Not to mention they played the Bengals last game who have already fired the OC because they've scored 9 points in 2 games.
