It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Graham would be my WTF pick because they've spent a lot of money at DT and would probably make Maye upset. He needs help. Unless you think he's going to be JJ Watt or Aaron Donald, hoarding defensive players does not end will for HC's.If they stay pat and nothing crazy happens ahead of them it’s probably Campbell or Graham. It’s not exciting, but I’m fine with them to be honest
Campbell seems pretty controversial already. I think it stems mostly because the Pats had control of the entire draft until week 18. Fans want a playmaker or a Jon Ogden/Joe Thomas level LT.I predict most fans will be unhappy with the pick
Dominate the trenches, period. Yeah they invested money but the kid does look like a stud at a position that’s not particularly sexy.Graham would be my WTF pick because they've spent a lot of money at DT and would probably make Maye upset. I like Simmons, but doubt he'll still be on the board at 38.#4. DL Graham - Michigan
#38. OT Simmons - Ohio State
#69. OL Grant - William and Mary
#77. Edge Stewart - Michigan
This wouldn't shock me. Look for a team to call them to leapfrog Jacksonville for Jeanty. Pats could move down a few spots while picking up a 2nd or 3rd round pick.Team is going to trade down. With whom, I dont know and wont even try to guess. I can see the front office trying to get as many premium picks as possible and just start throwing **** at the wall. The team needs talented bodies across the board.
Many teams have thought that, but failed miserably. It's an enormous risk if the Pats did this. In his first year, he'd be a rotation guy at best. But if he turns out to be a dud, you blew the pick while failing to address another need. We look at Seymour as a WTF? pick, but DT was actually a massive need. The only starter was Brandon Mitchell. This team already has two starters with a ton of money allocated there.Dominate the trenches, period.
