That was coaching at the end there. The Gronk on defense thing is a dumb gimmick that only makes sense when they can throw the ball into the end zone and when Gronk isn't hobbled. An actual safety there probably saves the tackle. That gimmick's always been arrogance. Nearly cost them earlier in the year with that hail mary where Gordon mistimed the leap too.

Interestingly, the difference was that pass interference on Gordon. If he scores there, game over.

Feces does occur. Lot's of faults today - Bolden channeled his inner Gale Sayers, Ghost missed a few, too conservative on the last goal-to-go.

Oh, well ... Gronk looked good, as did TB12 and Gordon. Plenty to work on, but no need to panic.

This was one pathetic loss. Missed XP, Brady brain fart, poor play calling, Burkhead in the game too much, Elandan Roberts, bad run D, can't do squat in the red zone, players gave up on the last play, etc.....

It's almost like we have a ****ing flicker and the teams only turns it on when it ****ing wants

The entire team lost this game in one way or the other.

The defense with a horrible first half. The offense with a similarly bad second half. Ghost with a missed FG and XP. Brady with an absolute brainfart at the end of the first half. Coaches for putting Gronk on the field on a play that could have never been a hail mary.

The game was lost by one the most headscratching decisions ever. Belichick outsmarted himself again. Ansolutely asanine call to put Gronkowski back there when it was obvious to everyone in the stadium Tannehill can’t throw 40 yards, let alone 75. He couldn’t even plant on his back foot.

Also why were they kicking from the 30? Did they get a penalty?

Had Ghost just not missed those FG’s....

Had Brady just thrown the ball away. Had the offense done anything in the second half. Had the defense actually been able to set the edge in the first half against the run. Had the coaches not put Gronk at the very back on the final play.

You see where I am going with this ? There is enough blame to go around to almost every unit.

Time for Gronk to hang em up, watching him stumble on that last play was sad.

He doesn't have the quickness of a DB. He was there for a Hail Mary and got caught out when that didn't happen.

Yeah, at this point, the Pats have not showed me that they could go on the road and win a game against a good team. The have beaten the Bill and Jets on the road. That is it.

KC will beat the Ravens and get the #1 seed. The Pats most likely will be 3rd,
