So apparently the Bills are on the list of teams OBJ is going to visit, which would not be ideal for us…also chiefs and ravens have been talking with him

Hard to figure how it's gonna play out but from a pure cap standpoint:
Bills don't currently have the cap space this year to even rent OBJ and it's even worse next season.
Dallas can finagle rent money this season but not much wiggle room beyond that.
Giants comfortably have the cash to get it done.
