Belichick is a lot like an American president. There is not a single poster among us that is capable of doing that job (assumption),.

I beg to differ. I could do that job without reservation, and a hell of a lot better than it has been done.

Objective Homer - and BB himself probably falls into that category

He makes mistakes. He'd be the first to admit that - particularly in the draft, but also in free agency. It's all a crap shoot.

And in terms of BB's success, yes, you can't argue its there - but I think I'll also give Tom Brady a bit of credit for that success as well.

Criticisms of Belichick decisions are often (but not always) valid. But I'll generally assume that Belichick knows a bit more about football and the needs of this team than most fans here.

Not so fast......by this same standard we could not criticize Fat Rex, or any other figure in "power" simply because that person has streams of information crossing his or her desk every day that most people aren't privy to.

Fat rexy and the rats and their fans don't count. We all know they're the biggest idiots in the world.
