Offensive lineman Quinn Ojinnaka, who spent four seasons with the Falcons before joining the Patriots this season, said Belichick makes clear the traits he seeks in a player: “Smart, physical … trustworthy and humble is probably the most important part.”

Yet all 32 coaches in the NFL can list traits they want in a player and provide mottos. Not all teams win like the Patriots.
