I dont know what it means but he is definitely grabing more at his shin or just below the knee and not the knee. I suppose ligiments run up and down the area but I am reachin for anything

Can the doctor's/experienced people here explain to me how your ACL can get torn at that angle? The knee would have to bend more inwards than that (tearing the MCL) in order to tear the ACL from that hit right? Am I just hoping too much?
